Description:
Uluru bistro, the only Australian restaurant in Northern Ireland, has recetnly received the accolade of 'The Restaurant of the Year'. This has gained Uluru a reputation for a high standard of food in a relaxed environment at reasonable prices.
The menu is described as Australian cuisine which is where Head Chef Dean Coppard is from, but the menu caters for all using locally sourced seasonal produce cooked with an Australian twist to create a fusion of flavours.
Opening Hours: Tuesday to Friday - 12 noon - 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm til late, Saturday 12.00 - 3.00pm and 5.00 pm to late, Sunday 4.00 pm til late, Early bird menu Tuesday to Friday - 5.00 pm - 6.45 pm* (* orders must be placed by 6.45 pm)
